The catalogue of the Lux Collection lends expression to, indeed even commemorates, the enthusiasm, meticulousness, perseverance and enthusiasm with which Mr. Lux has spent more than 40 years hunting for unusual trophies. This collection unites in a confined space and in over 800 objects above all 100 years of development history of military and civilian revolvers, but does also not let self-loading pistols come up too short. There are such extraordinary rarities that even the most renowned specialist authors, such as Harder in his groundbreaking work on the Reichsrevolver, could help theirselves only by means of the Lux Collection to present the rarest real pieces - be it an almost unique Mauser ZickZack prototype, a just as rare Saxon M73, or one of less than 100 gas-tight Steyr revolvers. And it is to be mentioned only in passing that neither a Borchardt C93 nor or a Kongsberg "Colt" in mint condition may be missing in such a collection. So, this catalogue is warmly recommended to you whether you want to add a few highlights to your collection, to justify a new collection, or simply to enjoy viewing these aesthetic metal sculptures!
