The experts amongst you have most certainly identified the item shown on the title of our latest catalogue - an extremely rare yet amazingly well preserved saddle pad, holsters included, of an officer of the famous cuirassier regiment 'Großer Kurfürst' (Silesian) Nr. 1. But that's just the tip of the iceberg – many an item of royal origin can be found floating between the covers of this catalogue, from the parade swords of Franz Ferdinand of Austria and King Albert of Saxonia, the personal mirror and seal of Empress Sissi, and even an almost brand new set of porcelain from King Max I. of Bavaria. About half of all lots is of foreign descent, from Egypt to Vietnam, while the other have is genuinely German, from Anhalt to Würzburg, from Air Force to Zeppelin.
